Air Charter Scotland, this aircraft
seems to be fitted out with a blind instrument flying hood. The
student sits in the cockpit in darkness and flies the aircarft on
instruments while the instructor is able to check the students progress
in daylight.
Instrument training is usually
carried out in a flight simulator.
