Hidden inside the Old Paris church is a gem
of a pictish stone, The Nigg Stone. This richly decorated Class 2 stone
is adorned with carvings from the bible and part of a pictish beast.

The front of the stone. Two kneeling
figures at the top of the stone are thought to be St. Anthony and
St. Paul receiving bread from a crow in the Syrian Desert. |
The back of the stone, with some
of the interlaced panels. A pictish beast can just be made out towards
