A close up of the tail. The shaft sticking out of the tail boom is the axle for the starboard wheel.

This aircraft was on a ferry flight from the USA to Switzerland. It took off from Inverness Airport, 19May05 in bad weather, presumably to fly down the east coast when it crashed into the side of a mountain. The Austrian pilot, who survived uninjured summoned help by phoning Austria, who eventually contacted Kinloss Rescue and the Mountain Rescue Teams.
